Highfield Holidays is a tranquil, seven-acre coft set just a stone’s throw from the sandy beaches of Tralee Bay. The spectacular camping spot is the perfect spot for serene rural landscapes and sandy beaches with views extending out to dense forests and rolling hills. The site is enclosed by imposing mountains, gleaming lochs, and miles of seashore, making it the ideal spot to plug in and relax. Guests can pick from touring campervan and motorhome pitches, or book a luxury glamping holiday stay in the fully-equipped glamping pods onsite. Each well-equipped pod comes with an en-suite bathroom, a private hot tub, and a fire pit for evening barbeques. Guests travelling with fur babies can reserve the pet-friendly camping pods which come with a dog pod. Tent and touring caravans have a host of conveniences at hand including camping essentials like a modern toilet block with four bathrooms, chemical disposal, free Wi-Fi, a launderette, and a washing up area. Take a relaxing walk to the shores of Tralee Bay beach with a quick stop at the Tralee Bay fish and chips restaurant. For hiking trails take a ten-minute drive to the Forestry Commission, or enjoy a day of island hopping by ferry from Oban.
