The Uncles Croft Campsite rests in the village of Fivepenny and serves as the final stop or starting point for campers keen to tackle the Hebridean Way. The campsite offers grass, hardstanding pitches, and the ‘wild’ plots for campervans that can rumble to the top. Standard amenities include waste disposal, toilets, showers, and a sauna accessible at the local sports centre (2 mins away) for a modest fee. Electric bikes are also available for hire and serve as an ideal means of transport for rumbles along the windswept moor of Sheilings. Canines will be happier than a bird with a french fry as they gallop about off-lead and explore the camping space. There are three picturesque beaches within walking distance and beautiful coastal walks where one can spot the wildlife.
