Smithy Croft is a lawned, 5-van, caravan and motorhome club certificated location enveloped by verdant green fields and gently rolling countryside. The welcoming owners keep fell ponies and chickens that provide fresh eggs to go along with sizzling bacon breakfasts. Take a spin in the vintage tractors on-site, or hop in your walking shoes to explore a myriad of quiet roads ideal for walking and cycling. A cycle path also snakes past Aberdeen and Peterhead, providing easy access to local amenities. Two lush RSPB reserves are nearby and several routes lead to quiet, sandy beaches for spectacular sunsets. Facilities include a toilet block, drinking water taps and chemical disposal. Pets are welcome.
