Ardlui is an adults-only, 5-van, caravan and motorhome club certificated location nestled between the villages of Lamlash and Whiting Bay, with the latter located a smooth 15-minute stroll away. Mosey to the village shop to stock up on camping essentials, and take a minute to sip on a reviving cup of coffee (said to be the best on the island) in the outdoor seating area. The site offers flat, hardstanding pitches with electric meters gently sloping downwards. The scenery is gorgeous, with far-reaching views towards Lamlash Bay, Goat Fell and beyond. Free-range chickens rule the roost and often come around to keep an eye on the campers. Pets are welcome by prior arrangements, and the owner sells fresh eggs when the chickens perform.
