The family-friendly site accommodates two spacious, beautiful pods set amid stunning flora creating the perfect space to shed the stress of modern life in favour of tranquil views and well-deserved rest. Set on the outskirts of the village of Coalsnaughton, Longriggs Lodges are a mere five-minutes distance from the lovely town of Tillicoultry in Clackmannanshire. The lodges are located in a fenced-off grassy area, and remain relatively secluded yet offer easy access to the cycle tracks and woodland walks. Walkers can wander on foot across fields to reach the Gartmorn Dam and Country Park nearby. Once you’ve worked up an appetite, take a five-minute trot to Coalsnaughton which has a farm shop and a post office. Stock up on meats and other eats and head back to base to fire up the grill for a barbeque. A thoughtful welcome pack stocked with milk, coffee, bread, butter and tea are available at arrival. If you’d like someone else to do the cooking, head over to farm shop just outside the village and enjoy hot coffee and homemade food available throughout the day.
