A well-manicured field bordered by shrubs and trees gives way to more peaks at the rear of the site. The splendid settings are indeed perfect for a rural escape and the relaxed ambience paired with excellent facilities and short strolls to the beach make Castle Point a firm favourite with families and nature lovers. Explore the beautiful coastlines of Rockcliffe in Dumfries and Galloway with long rambles along the shoreline or ask cheery owners Scott and Loraine for pointers on the local area. The wardens are lauded for their approachability and helpfulness and are always at hand to clear niggling doubts and welcome you to your pitch. The site accommodates tents, campers, tourers and motorhomes on electric grass pitches offering views over the sea. There are several two-bedroom statics for hire as well that welcome pets.
