Sit back and soak in the stunning scenery from your peaceful position right next to Queen Elizabeth Forest, which encouraged a wealth of flora and fauna. Use the site as a base for exploring the natural beauty of Perthshire, or unwind at the site and soak in the tranquillity of camping out in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park make a wonderful attraction for nature lovers who can trot in to observe an exciting array of wildlife, birdlife and plants including red squirrels, deer, otters, osprey and vivid varieties of beautiful wild orchids. Head out to uncover the delights of the famed Scottish Highlands and uncover a wealth of excellent hillwalking routes that begin right at the doorstep of the park. Enjoy water-based antics at the water sports centre at the nearby Loch Earn, or hire a boat at Lochearnhead and enjoy hours of sightseeing at your own pace.
