Teifi Meadows is a friendly, secluded campsite bordered by lush woodland and a gleaming stream. Come on by and pitch or park up on spacious electric optional grass plots and soak in the stunning surrounds as you kick back and unwind with a cold drink of choice in hand. For more bevvies and homemade grub, mosey over to the local pubs nearby. There’s something for everyone to do in the Ceredigion and the Teifi Meadows. History buffs can kick-start their stay at the Dolaucothi Gold Mines, maintained by the National Trust, located under seven miles away. Take an underground tour of the only Roman mines discovered in Britain. For walks and peaceful settings, mosey over to the 18th-century landscaped park and the 12th-century Dinefwr Castle and take a look at the lives and times of the Welsh gentry. Next, it’s on to a magnificent collection of beaches, ranging from Mwnt, declared one of the finest in Europe, to the shores of Penbryn, featured in the James Bond movie, Die Another Day. Walkers can don boots for romantic walks along the coast and soak in stunning sunsets. The town of Lampeter is about three miles away and has heaps of shops, farmers markets, and independent stores. Barbeques and campfires are encouraged. Dogs welcome.
