The sparkling waters of Llyn Gwynant serve as the ideal stop for water-based antics so don’t forget to pack in your swimming gear. Despite the campsite’s obvious allure to the young folk who rumble in to explore the scale of attractions, the site is never unduly noisy, and guests are always well-behaved. No camping trip is complete without a sing-along around the crackling campfire, and the thoughtful owners have added 250 fire grates free of charge for guest use. Tents, caravans and motorhomes are welcome to settle into grass or hardstanding pitches with or without electric hookups.
