Grange Pony Trekking Centre is a family-run, friendly site set out on a riding centre nestled within the Brecon Beacons National Park. The campsite is perfectly positioned in proximity to the Cambrian Way and no more than one and a half miles from Offa's Dyke Path. Young and seasoned horse wranglers are all welcome at this spacious site that holds a collection of Welsh cobs and ponies who are keen to set out on a brand-new adventure through the Brecon Beacons National Park. Horse riding tours are always conducted under the supervision of an expert instructor, and make for a great way to soak in the sights and sounds of the pristine corner of Wales with ease. If you're not particularly intrigued by equestrian pursuits, fret not as there is so much to see and do around the park. Spend lovely mornings beside the sparkling stream that flows by the site, as you bask in the sun with your nose in a book. Soak in the spectacular backdrops of the enclosing hills and mountains as you fire up the grill or set about building a crackling campfire. Toast marshmallows under clear night skies, or serenade yet another jaw-dropping sunset with a sing-along. The surrounds are home to a thriving community of flora and fauna, so be sure to set aside some time to sit back and watch the wildlife go about their business. Guests can opt for a non-electric grass tent, or book a stay in a camping pod or shepherd's hut.
