Fedwen Fawr is a spacious site set within a sprawling three-hundred-acre working farm, perfectly positioned just three miles from Afan Forest Park, affording cycling enthusiasts with easy access to the excellent cycling tracks. The Forest Park is perfect for a range of open-air pursuits, so don’t forget to pack in you hiking books and bicycles for an active escape. Explore six scenic mountain biking trails, or follow miles of a former railway line as you uncover the natural delights of the valley. Take a challenging walk or strolls through lush sceneries with a quick stop at the visitor centre for a well-earned meal. If you’d prefer to move as little as possible, find an empty bench under the shade of a mature tree, and plop yourself down to soak in the stunning scenery and the peaceful atmosphere that is world’s away from the hustle and rush of the daily grind. Head back to Fedwen Fawr to unwind after an eventful day of sightseeing, and enjoy the luxuries of kicking back in a swish glamping pod. There are four, well-spaced glamping pods on-site that feature two and three berths. The six berth unit has three sets of bunk beds while the four-berth abode has two sets of bunk beds. Facilities include toilets, showers, a fully equipped kitchen, electricity, heating, duvets, and free Wi-Fi. Pets welcome.
