The site is well-placed for dog owners who can explore the lush, rolling Carmarthenshire countryside with a canine in tow. Let the kids live it up as they splash around at the stream on-site, head out on wildlife watching tours and enjoy heaps of time away from IPad and phone screens. The Dolaucothi Gold Mines and the West Wales Museum of Childhood are conveniently located just half an hour away and serve as excellent stops for days out. End an eventful day of sightseeing with a sizzling alfresco barbeque meal.
