Gwaun Vale Touring Park is a lovely, family-run site positioned in the lively town of Fishguard, overlooking the spectacular Pembrokeshire coast. The peaceful, friendly site operated under the personal supervision of the cheery owners who are at hand to offer helpful pointer on the local area, show newcomers around the site, clear niggling doubts, and ensure all guests are settled well. The park offers guests the choice of spacious, grass plots with or without electric hookups and large, five-person plots for big groups or families. Spend your days kicking back at base as you survey the spectacular countryside with a cold drink of choice in hand. If you’re in the mood to stretch your legs, lace-up your walking shoes and amble through emerald valleys, or scale imposing mountains. Bikers are encouraged to bring along bikes and pedal along well-marked biking paths that crisscross through the scenic surrounds. Nature lovers are in for a treat as flora and fauna are found in abundance in the area. Observe cormorants diving into the sea, watch playful dolphins and porpoises as they frisk in the sparkling ocean waters, or look at frolicsome grey seal pups as they bask on the rocks. Be sure to stock up on barbeque bits for an alfresco meal at sunset. Pets welcome.
