Porthclais Farm Caravan Park is a family-friendly site nestled in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, welcoming touring vehicles and tents. The spacious park has a whopping twenty-four acres for camping and five acres set aside for an estimated twelve touring caravans. Cliffs and St Brides Bay border the campsite to the south while Porthclais Harbour rests in the west and serves as an excellent spot for launching small boats. The sandy beaches nearby are ideal for safe swimming and include the Blue Flag awarded Whitesands beach, manned by lifeguards. The large sandy beach is perfect for family-friendly days out and offers golden sands at all stages of the tide. Spread out a blanket, set out a picnic from well-stocked hampers, or splash around with the kids in sheltered sandy beaches like Porthlysgi, Porthselau Porth-melgan which are only accessible by foot. Walkers can enjoy direct access to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path, affording easy access for coastline capers. Meander over high, wind-swept cliff tops, explore rugged headlands and take a breather in sandy coves and on golden sand beaches. Guests can hop on the circular walk from the campsite anywhere from 2-14 miles or longer, well-away from the main roads. Nature lovers are a short boat ride from the migrant birds and grey seal colonies that reside on Skomer, Grassholm and Ramsey's islands. Pets most welcome and there are four dog walking fields.
