The Nurseries is a family-run, Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location, tucked away in a lush, tree-filled corner in the picturesque rural village of Ellingham. The lovely site is secluded and enclosed by trees, with large camping pitches evenly spaced out for maximum relaxation. There is a large fishing lake on the premises, and guests who love the sport of fishing are more than welcome to find a suitable corner and sip on a cold bevvy of choice while waiting for catches of tench, perch, bream, rudd and roach. There are approximately 15 brand new pegs are available for earnest fishing types. Grass pitches with electric hook-ups are available for small campervans, motorhomes and caravans. Other communal features include a toilet block, hot showers, a washing up area, drinking water points, chemical disposal, and a motorhome point. The lakes are enclosed by a fence, providing families with a safe space to let the nipper run wild. Guest can access numerous attractions in the area with ease, including Bungay and Beccles, located a short car ride away. Active types will find several scenic walking and cycling paths crisscrossing through the verdant settings. Meals are available down the road, at Artichoke Pub and Restaurant, plus the Olive Tree Italian restaurant. Campers who want to take advantage of public transport can hop on a bus that stops just around the corner. Pets are welcome but must remain on a lead at all times.
