It is the perfect home base for exploring new horizons, from picturesque countryside getaways to sunny beachside retreats. Collections are at 6pm. Return is at 6.30pm-7pm. We welcome European travel as the Roller team is well suited to this, plus we are only minutes from the ports and channel tunnel. There is a small charge to cover the European insurance and break down cover of per day. We also have Three other VW Campervans available on Camperbug, if you wanted a group booking. HOUSE RULES. No Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our motorhomes. We want to maintain a clean and smoke-free environment for all renters. Pets Allowed with Fee. We understand that pets are part of the family. You are welcome to bring your furry friends along, but please note that there is a 30 fee to cover the additional cleaning and maintenance costs associated with pets. Unfortunately no dogs that heavily drop hair are allowed. Please ask . Clean return. Kindly return the motorhome in a relatively clean condition. Please remove all trash, ensure surfaces are wiped down, and leave the interior in a tidy state. Excessive dirt or damage may result in additional fees.Mileage allowance. Your rental includes a daily mileage allowance of 150 miles. If you expect to exceed this limit, also we can OFFER A EXTENDED MILEAGE ADDON FOR 100 if you intend to go over the set mileage limit must be booked in advance with our insurance. . Fuel Level The motorhome should be returned with a full tank of fuel, just as it was when you collected it. If the fuel level is not the same, we will charge for the missing fuel at the local rate. Empty Waste Tanks before returning the motorhome ensure that all waste tanks are empty. We appreciate your help in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all renters. Please, no little presents left behind. Proof of Identity. The hirer must be able to provide the following. Driving license a valid DVLA licence check code or the means for such checks to be carried out prior to hire commencement. Passport alternative photo identification can be allowed if agreed in advance. Two utility bills or statements, no older than ninety days. Bank Statements, utility bills etc. will be allowed but mobile phone bills are not permissible. These rules are designed to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all our customers.
