Facts

Age: 25 - 70

Travel: Uk and Europe

Sleeps: 5

Gearbox: Manual

Pets: Yes

Lottie is a lovingly crafted home-from-home, with no expense spared on the interior conversion, which was completed just a few years ago to keep everyone warm, cosy, and comfortable on the road.

She has belted seats with ISOFIX connections and will sleep adults comfortably with proper double beds—one of which comes down from the ceiling at the press of a button—plus a clever fold-out single bed up front. Perfect for a couple, a family, or a group of friends looking to explore the UK.

Power

This is a totally off-grid van with large solar panels and a powerful lithium leisure battery that powers multiple internal USB charging points, lights, and appliances. The leisure battery charges while you drive, thanks to the Victron battery-to-battery charger connected to the starter. There’s never a need to plug in at campsites.

Kitchen

The spacious extendable worktop includes burners linked to the gas locker. Unlike most vans, Lottie also features a fantastic gas-powered oven to expand your cuisine options. The modern compressor fridgefreezer fits a big shop, and there’s also a large chest electric cool box beneath the bench seats—perfect for beers and drinks.

A large sink with hot water from the boiler ensures easy washing up, with a plentiful supply from the high-capacity water tank. Roof vents above the kitchen area can be opened for ventilation if needed.

All cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, tea towels, sponges, washing liquid, etc., are provided.

Sleeping

Adults can sleep comfortably in this van. The lower double bed converts from the sofas in the rear lounge area to a wide [xcm] bed. The upper double bed stays at ceiling level when you want to use the loungedining space below, then lowers at the press of a button. This bed features a super-comfy memory foam mattress.

Curtains and window covers ensure it’s nice and dark for sleeping in, while tinted windows add privacy. The smart diesel heater can even be controlled via your phone to turn on at a set time in the morning—a cosy way to wake up.

Shower and Toilet

You'll be pleased to know there is a toilet on board, so no need to brave the cold air at night.

The shower provides hot water via the Truma boiler, with enough supply for multiple showers before refilling the tank. An air vent efficiently removes steam and odours.

Lounge and Dining

The front chairs swivel around, and a table can be set up for dining or working. However, it's collapsible to ensure there’s plenty of space to move around inside.

For a cosier dining option, relax on the sofas in the rear lounge area, where soft lighting and the smart diesel heater create a warm, inviting atmosphere. A sturdy table provides a great place to enjoy your meals—whatever vibe you're feeling.

Storage

Inside, there are numerous cubby holes, drawers, and cupboards for storing everything you could possibly need.
External

An easy-to-set-up awning on the side of the van provides a shaded outdoor space. The kitchen worktop extends to offer additional table space outside.

Camp chairs and an external table can be provided, along with a large tent extension with bedroom sections (available on request—see pictures).

Driving

Driving Lottie is stress-free. She pulls well and can cruise at [mph] on the motorway with ease, although we often keep it at [mph] to save fuel.

The engine has been well maintained, and she runs smoothly and reliably. Gears shift seamlessly with no slipping, and the brakes are solid and recently serviced. Rear and front cameras make parking effortless.

Insurance and Breakdown Cover

Fully comprehensive insurance and UK breakdown cover—including onward travel and hotel costs if needed—are all included in the price.

I've been renting vans successfully for many years, so I understand what people need for a great trip. As a proactive and helpful host, I do everything I can to ensure every renter has a fantastic experience.

Optional Extras
If requested, I can include some additional goodies in the van:

BBQ fire pit
Pillows & duvets
Sheets
Additional chairs
Outdoor table
Rugs
Tarpaulin
Hammocks
2-man inflatable dinghy – very comfy, like a big sofa, with oars
2-man inflatable canoe – advanced drop-stitch design, very stable, even with two people and some day luggage
Climbing equipment – available to rent if you're planning to hit the rocks (bouldering mat, ropes, harnesses, quickdraws, etc.)
