Motorhome Hire Cheshire

What makes a great road trip? The perfect motorhome hire Cheshire from one of the thousands of registered owners on Camperbug! Explore the fabulous canals, parks and magnificent countryside in Warrington. Risley Moss, Rixton Claypits, and Lymm Dam are great for walks, picnics and wildlife. Drive up to Beeston Castle in Chester and explore the 4,000-year-old hill fort while drinking in the panoramic views from the Pennines to Wales. Hire a rowboat to explore the waters and gardens of the splendid Queens Park in Crewe. Opened to the public in 1887, the park displays numerous vivid flowerbeds, a clock tower and a glistening lake. Unearth the whopping 900-year history of Norton Priory in Runcorn. View a variety of historical objects and stroll into the enclosing woods to discover streams! Hop on a bike and follow the Trans Pennine Trail which cuts through the town of Widnes. It’s primarily off-road adding sights and sounds of lovely countryside, villages, crumbling castles, glittering canals and more. Stock up on local produce at the market towns and enjoy a night out at a cosy pub. Make the most of your Cheshire motorhome hire to sample the local delicacy - Cheshire Farm ice cream! Find our motorhome owners in the cities mentioned above plus locations like Ellesmere Port, Macclesfield and more!

    • Sankey Valley Park. This fishing lake is within Sankey Valley Park. This is a view looking due east down one of two spurs that run from the old disused Sankey St.Helens Canal. It looks as if, looking at the historical map of this area, that the canal and spurs (I'm calling them spurs because they look to be sticking out from the side of the canal) where separated by land at some point but they now form one large fishing lake.

In the foreground is the Manchester Ship Canal and over the canal wall is the River Mersey. Beyond the road bridge can be seen the railway bridge and in the distance are factories in Widnes.
