We start at the Berwyn Mountains, a spectacular North Wales location often overshadowed by its more frequented brother - the Snowdonia National Park, which sits west of the Berwyns. We’ll explore natural scenery, including rugged peaks and tranquil valleys. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore a mostly untamed area with stunning walks, beautiful cycling routes, mountains perfect for hikes and biking, and abundant wildlife. We’ll explore famous hiking trails like the ascent to Cadair Berwyn, take a visit to the beautiful Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall, one of the highest in the UK, visit nearby towns like Llangollen and Corwen, and fall in love with the remote and varied terrain that makes the Berwyn Mountains a fine start to a road trip in Mid Wales.

Part 2: Hafod Estate
