Me and my family recently hired Tomm through you guys and he was amazing. The bus is a T4 and 18 years old, a whipper snapper in the bus world.

He drives like a dream and didnt skip a beat for us. The van feels brand new and has a great little lay out. We had him for two weeks and he became part of the family. We went to Wales for the first week then up to Scotland for the second. What a great trip and thanks to Tomm we didnt have to stay in any holiday homes or B&Bs. Tomm was our home.

Tomms owners were great, they even put a wee goodie bag of tea and coffee with milk for us. Great little touch. So friendly and helpful. I would recommend Tomm to anyone. I feel T4s have a bit more character than T5s and 6s but Im biased as I drive a mk iv gti.

Camperbug was a great find and I will definitely hire again. In fact we are planning to own our own bus and use Camperbug to rent it out so other people can enjoy the open road and freedom of owning a bus even if its only for a week or two.

we had a very pleasant trip in Primose around Devon and Cornwall, Jeremy, the owner, was very helpful and catered to our every need, he was very easy to deal with and made the process of registration and verification of identity easy.

it was a really beautiful week and the van was just so easy to be in and stay in. all very organised, handy and convenient. go to the pub, just park round the back, no problem. really enabled freedom of movement. Primrose demands attention and concentration when driving, while its a bit disconcerting initially not to have the modern driving aids, one quickly adjusts to life without power steering, encouraging cannier parking. once moving primrose went well and is just the right width for those winding cornish roads.

all in all great trip, id recommend getting a VW campervan, its just such a convenient and cost effective way of seeing the country.

Had an awesome experience in the fabulously well appointed DubEdition. We travelled down from Essex to Cornwall. The vehicle drives very nicely and is really comfortable. No mechanical issues whatsoever and a stunning looking vehicle that for that week I had the pleasure to drive. The interior is good, our Australian friends in the back had a great time with the fridge acting as their personal minibar. For us up front there was enough room for Albanys car seat and us. This was a memorable staycation and the memories will stay with us forever. James the owner was prompt, professional and friendly throughout the process. This was very assuring as booking over the internet sometimes can feel like a bit of a fingers crossed leap of faith, DubEdition repaid that faith in bucketloads. The awning was very useful and an extra I would suggest asking the owner about. Thanks DubEdition, James and Camperbug a great holiday which I would not hesitate to do again.

Took my mum to Womad. - Milzie had everything you could need in a portable home. Well-used and obviously loved, clean and tidy, we enjoyed a relaxed festival, glad to have a warm, dry bed to sleep in.
Alan was very prompt on communications and flexible with pick - up times.

We took Chas to East Wittering in Sussex fir a few days on a campsite. Drive was great and except for a brief confusion about how to put the awning up, all was tickety boo. We had a fab time. Terry and Pauline were really helpful. Thanks guys! Wed recommend and hire Chas again.

Gonzo travelled with us to a festival and provided us with a comfortable shelter for the weekend :) He was well equipped and clean and Abbie was very thorough in showing us what was where. The indoor area was spacious once the roof was lifted and it was very easy to convert the tablesofa to a bed. Last but not least - thanks Dan and Abbie for being such great hosts! :)

My 12year old daughter and I had been hankering after a holiday in a camper van for years,then we discovered this site and we were hooked! We hired Maggie - near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk and pootled all the way to Dorset.I have to say that we enjoyed every minute.Maggie was so different to my Toyota Celica to drive and took a little getting used to..no power steering here,but the drive was part of the fun.
We camped for two weeks at a 5 Rhythms Dance festival.The van was wonderfully cosy and comfortable.We are both hideously untidy but we managed in the limited space and still felt that we had some privacy.My daughter loved sleeping up in the roof,rechristened the bat cave!
Mark and his mum were wonderfully helpful and very friendly,even supplying duck eggs and extending my hire by a day for no extra charge.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mark - to you.We had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday and can\t wait to do it again :)

I hire to try out campervaning for the first time while staying at Little Switzerland, studying at the archaeology Field School at East Wear Bay, Folkestone. Communication before hire was very clear and arranging the collection was easy. John clearly briefed me about how everything worked. I was solo, so had plenty of room as the van could sleep 2 adults + 2 children. It came with a 10ft electric hook-up cable, small electric fridge, and a sink, electric toaster and electric kettle, cooking utensils and internal lights. I took a bucket for night-time toilet emergencies. I wished I had taken my electric towel rail for drying off wet clothes after working in the rain. The huge double bed was very comfy. Blue Boy is a converted Transit. The engine seemed noisy to my unaccustomed ears, but was easy and comfortable to drive, even though I\m 5ft tall with very short legs. Blue Boy was a great introduction to campervan living. I will do it again.

We hired Dexter for 6 nights, spent 3 nights in Woodlands just outside of Dartmouth (which is brill for pre-school children) then onto Woolacombe and finally Croyde Bay. Mark was completely flexible about hiring for a non-standard period which was great as this was a bit of a last minute summer break.

Dexter is brilliant - totally kitted out for what you need for a good long break in a campervan. There is plenty of room (we were two adults and a 4 year old with LOTS of toys). We took a pup tent which worked well for us but if it was just 2 adults youd be fine without. Mark was great, showed us how everything worked and we didnt get stuck at all while we were away trying to figure anything out. I will definitely be hiring Dexter again. Thanks Mark!

Ermintrude was a great little camper with whom we enjoyed a lovely week exploring the south Deveon coast and some of the places we had been to many years ago as children. We collected her from Exeter before taking the short drive to a nice small campsite near Dawlish. We had a nice couple of days her and would recommend the Anchor Inn at Star Cross as a great place to eat. After a couple of days we moved onto the Camping and Caravaning club site just outside Darmouth, from where we enjoyed trips to Dartmouth Brixham Paignton and Pennywell Farm. The latter being great for adults as well as children.
Ermintrude was a lovely clean camper with everything we need, though for comfort we would througherly recommend the optional awning as it gives that extra bit of living space.
all in all a great holiday and our thanks to John for providing us with such a great companion

Ermintrude sun bathes at Pennywell Farm

Bluebell the camper was immaculately restored and superbly maintained, you would never know that she was over 40years old. We hired her from the wonderful Janine and partner in Cheshire and spent five days in the Brecon Beacons in Wales. Bluebell was well equipped with all the camping necessities plus electric hook up (which we didnt use -strictly Old School us) and we took the optional extra of the awning. The camper drove beautifully over our 320 mile trip and didnt drop or need a spot of oil throughout. Bluebell and her owners made our camping trip turn into a camping HOLIDAY,we couldnt recommend them highly enough. Jaime,Pete and Autumn.

Camping at the Brecon Beacons

Holly was great, she was very enjoyable and comfortable during weekend \"glamping\" back of stage two at this years V festival in Chelmsford. We didnt get the sunny weekend we had hoped for, however Holly is so well equipped and so beautifully decorated we happily relaxed inside listening to the rain outside...and when the sun came out we relaxed outside. A very professional and efficient service from Neil and Stephanie, thank you both.

What an amazing experience, Ian and lee were ultra helpful and were always on hand for queries with Violet. A dream van and had all facilities for our trip. I would highly recommend her for all types of trips
